Join me over at Instagram for the 12-Day Astrology Chart Challenge! I’ll be doing this live – and I promise it will be FUN. Here’s the scoop:

  1. We’ll meet on Instagram every day at 10 AM CDT for twelve days starting on Wednesday, September 18th, 2019. I’ll be doing this as a “Livestream” which means we will be able to interact. (You’ll also get to witness my flubs because I am not editing a thing! Haha!)
  2. Every day, I will have a different, playful astrology challenge for you! These are meant to be fun, non-intimidating ways to begin dipping your toes into astrology. (Astrology doesn’t have to be complicated – or boring!)
  3. You might want to have a copy of your chart handy for some of the challenges. You can print one out here: astro.com. Even if you don’t have one, you can play along and learn!
  4. I will save the Livestreams to my “Stories” but those will disappear within 24 hours so if you miss the live challenge, you’ll still have time to check out the video.
  5. I’ll also list every challenge on this page – and on the Instagram post connected to this challenge so you can revisit the challenges and do them whenever you feel like it! YAY!

This is free. All-ages. Super-fun.

So come on over and let’s have some astro-fun at the 12-Day Astrology Chart Challenge!

Day 1: Let’s begin by sharing how we got started with astrology. Where did you get introduced? Books? The internet? From a friend? Horoscopes in the paper? What was your gateway to astrology?
Day 2: Find your Sun sign in your astrology chart. In what ways do typical astrology stereotypes fit you? In what ways do they not?
Day 3: What’s your Moon sign? How do you express your feelings? Next: find a celebrity who shares your Moon sign. Do they express their feelings the same way you do?
Day 4: Locate your Rising Sign (also called the Ascendant). What is the image you’re presenting to the world? Two assignments: find a celebrity that shares your Ascendant. How are you similar in style or public image? Second assignment: You’re the stylist for each Rising Sign. How would you dress each one? What’s their style?
Day 5: The down ‘n dirty way to quickly analyze a chart: check out the Sun, Moon, and Ascendant. Two assignments: find a celebrity that shares your Sun, Moon, and Ascendant. Do you see similarities? How does the energy manifest differently? Second assignment: pick three characters in popular culture – one for your Sun, one for your Moon, and one for your Ascendant (mine: Gemini Sun = Queen of Thorns from Game of Thrones, Libra Ascendant = Hello Kitty, Scorpio Moon = Morticia Adams.)
Day 6: Locate your Venus. What sign is it in? What does that say about your “love style?” Assignment from Astrology For Real Life – A No B.S. Guide for the Astro-Curious: If you could create a manual on how to romance you based on your Venus, what would you include?
Day 7: What’s your Mercury sign? How does that impact the way you think, learn, or communicate? Assignment: look up newscasters astrology charts and find their Mercurys. How do they deliver the news? How does their Mercury placement show up…or not?
Day 8: Look for Mars in your chart. What sign is it in? What does this say about where you focus your energy, lead, or fight? What about your sex drive? Assignment: check out charts of world leaders. What does Mars say about their leadership style?
Day 9: Go through your chart and notice which houses have planets sitting in them. What do those planets have to say about what’s going on in that house? What about your empty houses? For those: check out the sign on the cusp of the house for clues! Have fun with this!
Day 10: The Midheaven shows the way the public sees you. If your Midheaven was walking on a stage, what would be the theme song playing? (I’m a Leo Midheaven so my theme song would be “Primadonna Like Me” by the Struts!)
Day 11: New Moon signal a time for new beginnings. It’s a great day to set intentions for what you want to manifest. On the next New Moon, write down your wishes. Then, take action to move toward your goal! Revisit your intentions at a later date to see how they played out.
Day 12: Look for Jupiter and Saturn in your chart. For Jupiter: how are you expanding? For Saturn: what are you learning? Answer those questions!
