Emotional Freedom Technique, also called EFT or Tapping, is a method of tapping on the meridians of the body with neuro-linguistic programming such as positive affirmations. In a way, it’s like psychological acupressure – and a great tool to use for healing. A few weeks ago, I was watching Gala Darling’s YouTube channel and she was using EFT with tarot. I thought this was pure genius so I invited her on the podcast to talk about it.
