This week: The Tower
Make a drastic change. Shake things up. This signals a time to tear it down, burn it to the ground, and throw out what is no longer working. Overthrow the powers that be. Start your revolution!
If a situation feels like it’s no longer working, plot your escape. Liberate yourself.
If there is a change happening around you that you cannot control, the Tower can suggest that you accept that change, even though it may feel frightening. Roll with the punches as best as you can.
This card can also indicate that you prepare for a crisis. Something may be about to hit the breaking point – if you are prepared, you may not stop it but may be able to recover quicker.
The Tower can also indicate that a chance for a new beginning is at hand but first, you must take a brave, yet scary, leap.
Lastly, this card can be advising that you confront a situation. If something or someone has gotten out of hand, it may be up to you to pull the rug and clean up the mess.
The Tower reversed:
If this card comes after a major change has occurred, it may be advising you to begin rebuilding. Start over from scratch.
However, if a change is still needed, this card can be saying to go ahead with it but perhaps take a softer, less drastic approach. Force may not be necessary.
The Tower reversed can also indicate addressing unreasonable fears. The sky is not falling – why are you fearing the worst?
This can also be a reminder to stay calm, even if things are unpredictable or chaotic. You won’t help matters by freaking out.
Questions to ponder:
Where is a drastic change needed? What needs to go? How do you handle changes that other people initiate? What might it feel like to completely surrender to uncertainty?
Blessings,
Theresa
