HOT TIP: Are you clear on your business policies? I’m talking about: what kind of things you will and won’t put up with? If not, you’re going to have a lot of trouble in your business because no rules means people will walk all over you. Get clear on what your business boundaries are – and then put them right ton your sight where people can see them clearly. This way, if you come across someone who tries to push past your boundaries, you can simply point them to the policy page. Drama averted!
