But times are changing and authors like Colin Bedell are giving astrology an update. In Queer Cosmos: The Astrology of Queer Identities & Relationships, Colin delivers a fresh, empowering astrology book for the LGBTQ+ community. He joins me today to talk about his book, astrology from an LBGTQ+ perspective, compatibility, issues around shame, and so much more.

About Colin:

Colin Bedell is a gay Gemini Twin from Long Island, NY. His website, QueerCosmos.com, was founded to explore queer identities and issues through the lens of universal spiritual themes and astrology. He graduated from the New School with a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature and a Master’s in Fashion Studies from Parsons School of Design. Colin is the weekly horoscope writer for Cosmopolitan.com, a monthly contributor for Astrology.com, and the author of A Little Bit of Astrology and Queer Cosmos: The Astrology of Queer Identities & Relationships. He’s currently serving as the Vice-President of the Long Island Chapter of the astrological not for profit organization National Council for Geocosmic Research.
